The holiday emails are starting to fly again, don't be fooled by them. If you receive an email explaining to you about a new virus going around for example the Hallmark card attachment virus, delete it right away. Do not forward this email to your friends to warn them, do not read it or anything. Delete the email right away.

The way this bot works is simple, when you receive this email of the warning you have opened or started the list. When you forward this email to your contacts, you are helping this bot collect email addresses. And everytime they forward it, the same thing is happening.

This type of bot or virus has been around for years now, and every year they try to same thing by sending an email out and having people send it threw there contacts. This is how they build there list. A few days later people will start getting spam emails.

Its one of those things were you try to do something nice, and end up hurting others. So, as I stated, simply delete the email and kill the bot.
